The new Casa200 SPORT X1/S kit has been extensively revised and updated with the usual Casa Lambretta quality.
It complements the Casa185 kit and is designed for all Lambretta enthusiasts looking for higher performance than the classic and proven traditional Casa185!
The aluminium cylinder has 5 ports and is supplied with a special concentric head with a special fin design that significantly aids heat dissipation.
The new 66.4 mm diameter Meteor two-ring piston uses NPR (Nippon Piston Ring) rings.
An absolute novelty is the trapezoidal profile of the exhaust port with the ‘T-shape’ design patented by Gilardoni, exclusively for Casa Lambretta for Lambretta cylinders!
The fifth transfer port is cast, making it more functional and safer.
As always, the casting is made using a steel mould, which guarantees quality and perfection. All cylinders are always the same, with no defects.
The threads of the exhaust port are reinforced with a steel insert, making them impossible to damage. The Casa 200 Sport kit a 200cc type inlet manifold.
The kit comes complete with gaskets for installation.
*Please note that the piston is supplied with a height of 39 mm for standard mounting on crankshafts with a stroke of 58 mm and a connecting rod of 107 mm. On TV 175 models, it will be necessary to change the crankshaft.
