SIP says:
"Wheel Stand for Scooters and Motorcycles – a practical stabilizer for vans, trailers, garages, or Scooter Hoists.
Thanks to this wheel cradle, you can park a scooter or motorcycle quickly and easily. It’s ideal for use in a van, on a trailer, in the garage, or on a Scooter Hoist.
To use it, simply push the vehicle’s front wheel into the stand. The stand then folds forward with the wheel, securely locking the front wheel in place. We recommend securely fitting the wheel stand to the surface. Four mounting holes are provided for this purpose.
The wheel stand is suitable for front tires ranging from 8 to 16 inches in diameter and 80 to 120 mm in width.
The stand is shipped disassembled. To assemble it, simply screw the parts together using six Screws, adjust it to the correct size using the Bolts, and secure it with the Cotter Pins."
